Web Store Conditions
Web Store Conditions are a catalog where you register the terms, offers or service levels that apply to your online store (for example: "Free shipping on orders over $50", "Seasonal offer" or "Extended warranty"). Each condition has a name, a type, an optional image and a validity date range, and can be linked to one of your configured Web Stores.
What is it and what is it for?
It's a simple catalog: each record is a Name (required and unique), a Type of condition, an optional reference Web Store, an optional image, free-text notes, and a date range (Available From / Available To) stating when it's active.
It lets you keep the conditions or promotions you want to communicate on your online store organized with a name, an image and a validity window, instead of handling them as loose text. If your company has more than one Web Store configured, each condition can be linked to the specific store it applies to.
How to use it
- Open the catalog. Go to the Web Store Conditions list, where you'll see every one you've already created, sorted by name.
- Create a new condition. Use the add button, type the name, choose the Type (Service Condition, Offer or Central Offer) and, if you want, select the Web Store it applies to, upload an image for it, set its validity date range and add notes.
- Save. AdmCloud checks that the name isn't empty and that no other condition already uses the same name.
- Review or edit an existing record. Click the name in the list to see its read-only detail, and use the edit button if you need to fix the type, the linked store, the image, the validity dates or the notes.
Main capabilities
- Alphabetically sorted list, with a read-only detail view for each record.
- Three condition types: Service Condition, Offer or Central Offer, to tell the scope of each term apart.
- Optional link to one of your configured Web Stores, if your company runs more than one online store.
- Optional image attached to the condition, to display alongside the term in your store.
- Validity date range (Available From / Available To) to bound when the condition applies.
- Separate view, add, edit and delete permissions, controlled by the user group.

Validations when saving
- The name is required and can't be repeated across Web Store Conditions.
- The name can't exceed 200 characters.
- If you select a Web Store, AdmCloud checks that it's an existing store.
Deleting
If another record in your company ever comes to depend on a Web Store Condition, AdmCloud won't let you delete it while it's still in use: it shows a notice that the record is referenced, so you can remove or change that reference first before trying to delete it again.
Availability, plans and conditions
- This feature requires the Premium Plus eCommerce plan, or the Enterprise plan with the add-on E-Commerce module enabled for your company. It isn't available on any other plan.
- To view, create, edit or delete records you need the "Web Store Conditions" permission (System Administration module) at the corresponding level (View, Add, Edit or Delete).
- If your company doesn't have E-Commerce enabled, neither this permission nor the screen is available, even if your user group has it assigned.
Tips and common issues
Use the Type to organize your conditions. Reserve "Central Offer" for company-wide promotions, "Offer" for one-off seasonal promotions, and "Service Condition" for permanent terms such as shipping, warranties or exchange policies.
"A record with that name already exists." This message shows up if you try to create or rename a condition with a name another record in the catalog already uses; pick a different name.
Can't see this screen? Confirm your company has the Premium Plus eCommerce plan or the add-on E-Commerce module enabled on the Enterprise plan, and that your user group has the "Web Store Conditions" permission.
