Querying and recording with AtIna
AtIna can work with almost all of your AdmCloud information: search and view invoices, purchases, items, projects, services, journal entries or employees, and also create, change or delete records when your user group allows it. These are the same tools the AdmCloud MCP offers to Claude and other AI assistants.
What you can ask
Ask in your own words. For example, "find this month's invoices for Comercial Pérez", "how much do we owe each vendor?" or "create a 5,000 deposit in the main bank".

How it answers: tables, links and charts
- Tables. When the answer has three or more items or compares figures, AtIna shows it in a table with the columns that matter. If the table is wider than the panel, it scrolls sideways.
- Links to documents. The number of each invoice, order, purchase order, payment, opportunity or time-off request AtIna finds is a link: click it to open the document to see or authorize it.
- Charts. Some answers come with a dashboard chart below the text, with the same data as the answer.

How it works
AtIna starts every conversation with its main queries (sales, receivables and payables, cash, results, stock, customers, vendors and tasks). When your question needs another area, it first loads that area's tools and then answers. You don't have to do anything different: just ask.
- The areas AtIna loads stay available for the next questions of the same conversation (up to three at a time).
- The first question about a new area may take a little longer.
- In a conversation about a report, AtIna only queries.
Permissions
To create, change or delete records, AtIna uses the same MCP options of the user group:
- Allow MCP to add and edit data: AtIna can create, modify and void records.
- Allow MCP to delete data: AtIna can delete records.
Without those options AtIna only queries, except for creating quotes, sales orders, opportunities and tasks, which it keeps doing with the usual privileges. In every case each action follows your user group's privileges, just as if you did it on the screen.
Confirming before changes
Some actions wait for your confirmation. AtIna shows you the data it will use and a card with the Confirm and Cancel buttons:
- Deleting is always confirmed. The card says Confirm the deletion (it cannot be undone).
- Voiding is always confirmed too. The card says Confirm voiding (it cannot be undone).
- By voice, everything that creates or changes information is confirmed (see Talking to AtIna). Deleting and voiding cannot be requested or confirmed by voice: type it or use the Confirm button.
When you confirm, the action runs exactly with the data on the card. You can also answer by typing "yes" or, if you asked by voice, by saying it. To change something, tell AtIna what to fix and it shows you a new card.
A pending action is only valid for your next message and for 15 minutes. If you type something else or that time passes, it is discarded without changes and its buttons are disabled.

AtIna uses artificial intelligence: review the data on the card before confirming and the important figures before making decisions.
