Credit Bureau Report (DataCrédito)
The Credit Bureau Report gives you, for each customer, their approved credit limit, their current balance and how far behind they are on payments, together with their tax ID (RNC). It's used both to assess customer credit risk and to export the information that Dominican Republic regulations require you to report to credit bureaus (DataCrédito and similar entities).
What is it and what is it for?
This report brings together, customer by customer, information you would otherwise have to look up separately in Customers and the Account Statement: their tax ID, their approved credit limit, how much they currently owe you and how much of that is already overdue. It's built for two specific uses:
- Reporting to the credit bureau: export your customers' balances grouped by tax ID, in the format you need to comply with the obligation to report your credit portfolio to an entity such as DataCrédito.
- Prioritizing collections: spot at a glance which customers are Overdue (with a past-due balance), which are Current (with a balance but nothing overdue), and which have already Paid in Full.
This report only includes customers from the Dominican Republic (or customers with no country assigned, for compatibility with older records). If your company operates in a different country, this report doesn't apply to you.
How to use it
- Open Credit Bureau Report from the Sales & Accounts Receivable Reports menu. The screen shows you a list of customers with their balance and status.
- If you need to, filter by Subsidiary and check Show Customers without Tax ID if, in addition to your customers with a registered tax ID, you also want to see the ones without one (by default, the report only shows customers with a tax ID).
- Check each customer's Status column to know whether they're Overdue, Current or Paid in Full, and use the overdue balance to decide who to follow up with first.
- When you need to hand the information over to the credit bureau or another area of your company, use Export to Excel or Export to CSV to download the full list, already grouped by tax ID.
If your session mixes currencies across subsidiaries, AdmCloud will ask you to pick a specific Subsidiary before exporting the file, so balances in different currencies aren't added together by mistake.

- Filter by Subsidiary, Location and assigned sales rep, respecting your session's active filters.
Key fields
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Code | The customer's code in your Customers catalog. |
| Name | The customer's name or legal business name. |
| Tax ID (RNC) | The customer's national taxpayer registry ID. This is the column used to group balances together on export. |
| Address / Phone / Phone 2 | Contact details taken from the default billing address and the customer's record. |
| Credit Limit | The credit amount approved for the customer, configured on their Customer record. |
| Status | Calculated automatically: Overdue if they have a past-due balance, Current if they have a balance but nothing overdue, or Paid in Full if their balance is zero. |
| Balance | The total the customer owes you today, in local currency, adding up all their open Invoices and Debit Notes. |
| Overdue Balance | The portion of that balance that's already past its due date (payment terms), in local currency. |
| Opening Date | The date of the customer's first recorded invoice. |
| Last Payment | The date of the most recent cash receipt recorded for that customer. |
Validations and messages
- Dominican Republic customers only (or with no country assigned): customers from other countries don't appear on this report.
- Subsidiary required on export if your session mixes currencies across subsidiaries, since the exported file sums balances without converting currency.
- Customers without a tax ID: excluded from the list by default; enable them with the Show Customers without Tax ID checkbox if you need them.
- The Balance and Overdue Balance are never shown as negative: if the calculation results in a negative value (for example, a customer with more credit notes than invoices), the report shows it as zero.
Availability and permissions
- Available only on the Enterprise plan, with the Core module enabled.
- Access is controlled with the "Sales Invoices" permission of the user group.
- Only applies to companies with customers in the Dominican Republic.
Tips and common mistakes
Before sending the file to the credit bureau, check that your customers with a significant balance have their tax ID registered on their record; without a tax ID, those customers won't be grouped correctly in the export.
If the same tax ID belongs to several Customer records in AdmCloud (for example, different branches of the same taxpayer), the export automatically adds up the balance and overdue balance of all of them into a single row.
A customer flagged as Overdue doesn't always mean they don't pay: check their Account Statement to see which specific invoices are overdue before making a credit decision.
